Admission Criteria
- A child must have completed 1 year as of 31st March 2023 for admission to the toddlers rising program and 2 years as of 31st March 2023 for admission to Play Group, correspondingly there is an age limit for higher classes also.

Admission Terms
- Registration of a candidate does not guarantee his/her admission. The school administration reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
- Admission will be purely on a merit basis and any influence will not be entertained.
- Admissions are finalised by the School Admissions Committee comprising Members of the Board and the Principal.
- Children will be accepted for registration from 1 year to 6 years of age.
- Failure to submit all required documents and fees before the child’s first pay may delay the child’s start date.
- The schedule for fee payment with the last date for each quarter is as follows:
Quarter 1 (April to June) – 31st March
Quarter 2 (July to September) – 7th July
Quarter 3 (October to December) – 7th October
Quarter 4 (January to March) – 7th January - A late fee of Rs. 50 per day will be charged for the fee payment received after the dates mentioned above (i.e. after the 7th day of the first month of each new quarter) including holidays and Sundays.
- In case of a dishonoured cheque for any reason, a penalty of Rs. 1000 will be applied in addition to the late fee charges, if applicable.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
- A sibling discount is given at the rate of 30% on the eldest child’s Tuition Fee.
- The school management reserves the right to change the fee structure from time to time.
- You may use any of the following payment modes to make the fee payment: Bank Transfer, Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, Cheque and Cash
Admission Process
- Call us or write to us to schedule a tour of the school premises; during the tour, you will have the chance to meet with the Principal and teaching staff.
- The Principal will provide guidance on the enrolment and fees requirements, and answer any questions parents may have.
- In a positive scenario, parents will receive all registration, medical and enrolment documents from the Principal.
- Parents must pay the school fees in order to reserve their child’s seat in the designated class. School fee must be paid before the child’s agreed start date.
- Upon payment of the term fees, parents will be added to the hello parents app – A mobile app for school-parent communication, fee management, daily school reports, cab/auto tracking, academic calendar, holidays & fixtures etc.
Admission Documents
The following documents must be provided at the time of admission:
- Child’s recent Colour Passport Size Photographs (four)
- Child’s School Transfer Certificate (original) from the previous school, if any.
- Child’s Birth Certificate, issued by the Municipal Corporation duly attested.
- Copy of the child’s last mark sheet/progress report from the previous school duly attested.
- Indemnity Bond by the Parents.
- Child’s Medical Fitness Certificate
- A Parent Consent Form (for child pick up, trips, photographs)
Day Care Packages
1. Monthly Packages
a. 9 AM to 4 PM
b. 9 AM to 6 PM
Note: Each of the above monthly packages, if required can be customized to suit the need of the parents in most cases if not all.
2. On Per Hour basis
a. Fee will be charged on an hourly basis without any monthly commitment. It only requires a one-time registration.
b. Parents can drop their child with us whenever they want between 9 AM to 6 PM at a time slot that suits them best without any hassle or lengthy formalities.
